eco box
Atechnical and eco-friendly solution. The Box Eco is available for the SILVER collection 1.7 and 2.0 as well as for the LIGHT
collection and it is made of a polyurethane foam box with pocket springs inside, covered with a memory foam layer and another wool or cotton layer according to the required finishing. The cover fabric is made of wool or cotton and it is completely eco-friendly and non-tossic thanks to its natural herb dyeing approved by Woolmark: flowers,
leaves, berries and roots. The buttoning is an aesthetical but mainly technical solution as it allows to keep the different
materials together without using any chemical glue.
COTTON
Our Cotton fabric is made of 100% Cotton and dyed with pomegranate that once macerated can grant a color scale going from cold and gold yellow to orange.
WOOL
Our Wool fabric is made of 30% Wool and 70% Cotton and it is dyed with a mixture of Indian and Mexican woods allowing to grant a large scale of black tones.

The removable Box Spring Memory is based on a metallic bedspring;
it is made of a loose foam box full of pocket springs
and covered with a 3-cm (for the 1.7 version) and a 5-cm (for the
2.0 version) memory foam layer (high density and high transpiration); both covers are washable up to 40 degrees.

The metallic bedspring is completely covered with fabric and a Q30 foam supporting structure placed on it grants perspiration
and natural silence.
It is available either in the 1.7 and in the 2.0 version, but only removable.
The wooden slats (nr. 48 in the 1.7 version and nr. 50 in the 2.0 one), whose position can be customized along the bed length, are fixed into small cotton bags thus cushioning the body weight. On the top of this structure there is a removable memory/foam mattress density Q35.
Goals: ergonomic support, without magnetic influence, and double washable removable cover (box topping and mattress cover).
